GroomBox LLC Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GROOMBOX LLC (“GroomBox”, “we”, or “Company”), operator of groomboxss.com, groombox.us, and groombox.co (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. GroomBox LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, or resale, is prohibited without written consent. Prohibited activities include posting content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, sharing false or misleading information, engaging in unlawful activity, attempting to interfere with services or security, automating access, scraping content, or using the Site for drop shipping purposes. GroomBox LLC may restrict or terminate access without notice.

2. Registration and Security

Certain features require registration. You must provide truthful and accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Product and Service Availability

GroomBox LLC may modify or discontinue products or services at any time. Product details, pricing, images, and descriptions may change without liability. Availability is not guaranteed.

4. Subscription Tiers and Box Contents

Subscription boxes ship near the end of each month. Tier details include Premium, Core, Classic, and Lite. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. GroomBox LLC does not pay customs charges. Select A Size allows subscribers to choose shear size when applicable.

5. New Subscribers

New subscribers receive a Favorites Box based on their selected tier. Lite tier includes only a previous shear. After receiving the Favorites Box, the subscriber enters the monthly shipping cycle that ships near the end of each month.

6. Existing Subscribers and Renewals

Renewals occur on the original signup date unless adjusted for shipping operations. If payment fails and the box has already shipped, the charge moves to the next cycle. Payment retries continue for ten days. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription is canceled. Re subscribing may not guarantee access to the same plan.

Renewal Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a GroomBox subscription, you acknowledge and agree that subscription renewals occur automatically on the stated renewal date and time displayed in your account and renewal notifications. You acknowledge that cancellation must be completed prior to the renewal processing time in order to prevent the renewal charge. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has processed apply only to future billing cycles and do not void or reverse completed renewal charges.

Prepaid Subscription Terms

Prepaid subscriptions are offered as an upfront purchase covering a fixed number of future monthly shipments.

By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Prepaid Subscriptions

Prepaid subscriptions are a single upfront purchase for goods that will be produced, allocated, and shipped over time. The full prepaid amount is charged immediately at checkout.

All prepaid subscriptions are final and non refundable immediately upon payment, regardless of shipment status.

Shipment Schedule

Prepaid subscriptions include a defined number of scheduled monthly shipments. Shipments are delivered on a monthly schedule determined by GroomBox.

The prepaid term is not paused, extended, or reset due to missed deliveries, address errors, business closure, or customer unavailability.

Cancellation and Termination

Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund at any time after purchase.

If a prepaid subscription is cancelled or terminated for any reason, no refund, credit, or partial reimbursement will be issued. Any remaining prepaid shipments may continue to be delivered according to the original schedule unless otherwise required by law.

Prepaid subscriptions automatically end after the final prepaid shipment is fulfilled.

Automatic Renewal

Prepaid subscriptions automatically renew for the same term and pricing at the end of the prepaid period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The renewal charge will be processed using the payment method on file.

Cancellation of a future renewal prevents the next prepaid term from renewing but does not entitle the customer to a refund of the current prepaid term.

No Refunds or Credits

No refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued for prepaid subscriptions, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused shipments, business closure, or changes in professional circumstances.

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.

Non Transferable

Prepaid subscriptions are non transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared without written approval from GroomBox.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time through the account dashboard. Cancellation through the account dashboard is the primary method and must be completed before the renewal processes. Email cancellation requests must be received no later than the twenty fifth of the month prior to ensure processing before renewal. Cancellation does not issue a refund and only stops future renewals. Boxes already paid for will still ship. No refunds are issued due to advance production. Damaged items will be replaced with similar items.

Charges incurred due to failure to cancel prior to the stated renewal cutoff remain payable in full regardless of shipment status. Non-shipment does not negate a validly processed renewal charge when cancellation deadlines were not met.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Refused Deliveries

All sales are final. GroomBox LLC does not offer refunds or returns except as expressly stated for verified damaged or defective items.

Claims for damaged, defective, or nonconforming items must be submitted directly to GroomBox LLC within seven (7) days of carrier-confirmed delivery. All such claims require the item to be returned to GroomBox LLC or its designated inspection partner for evaluation.

Inspection and Evidence Requirement.
You acknowledge that GroomBox LLC may require photographs, descriptions, or physical return of items to evaluate claims. Failure to provide requested information or return items for inspection voids eligibility for replacement, refund, or credit.

Items that are discarded, destroyed, altered, or not returned for inspection are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit. GroomBox LLC does not authorize disposal of merchandise as a method of resolution.

Feedback submissions, reviews, cancellation notes, or account comments do not constitute a defect report or return request.

Subscription boxes are non-refundable once processed. Boxes already paid for will ship regardless of cancellation timing. Refused deliveries or unclaimed packages are considered fulfilled. GroomBox LLC may reship at the customer’s expense.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or failure to update address information prior to renewal, do not qualify for refunds or free reshipment.

Failure to return merchandise for inspection as required under these Terms constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and waives any claim of defect, nonconformity, or dissatisfaction. Discarded, destroyed, or withheld items remain fully chargeable and are not eligible for dispute, reversal, or refund.

9. Shipping Delays and Theft

GroomBox LLC may assign these Terms without restriction. Customers may not assign without written consent. Shipments are insured. Claims may be filed after the appropriate waiting period of 15 days in transit. Reshipment or refund occurs only after a successful claim. GroomBox LLC does not reship boxes in transit or while claims are pending. GroomBox LLC is not responsible for theft after carrier confirmed delivery unless misdelivery is verified in writing. Items shipped directly from manufacturers are considered fulfilled once marked delivered. Carrier confirmation showing delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes proof of delivery. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. Gift Cards and Credits

Gift cards and credits are non refundable and do not expire. Items purchased with these forms of payment are final sale.

11. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Cost Recovery

Chargebacks Do Not Cancel Contractual Obligations

You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through a card network, bank, or payment processor does not cancel, suspend, or void your contractual payment obligations to GroomBox LLC.

If a chargeback or payment reversal is filed for any charge that was validly incurred under these Terms, including but not limited to delivered merchandise, subscription renewals, prepaid subscriptions, or charges processed in accordance with stated cancellation deadlines, the reversed amount constitutes an outstanding balance owed to GroomBox LLC.

Recovery of Fees and Costs

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly agree that GroomBox LLC may recover all reasonable costs and fees incurred as a result of chargebacks, payment disputes, or nonpayment, including but not limited to:

  • Chargeback, dispute, and retrieval request fees imposed by payment processors or card networks
  • Payment processing fees that were not recovered due to a reversal
  • Shipping, fulfillment, handling, and logistics costs
  • Administrative and operational costs associated with dispute handling
  • Third-party collection agency fees
  • Reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs incurred in connection with enforcement or recovery

These amounts may be invoiced separately or combined with the outstanding balance and shall be immediately due upon issuance.

Collections and Credit Reporting

Unpaid balances, including recovered fees and costs, may be referred to a third-party collection agency and, where permitted by law, reported to consumer credit reporting agencies as an unpaid debt.

You expressly authorize GroomBox LLC and its agents to pursue all lawful collection remedies for unpaid balances arising from chargebacks, reversals, or breach of these Terms.

12. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled. Renewal charges are non refundable once processed, even if a cancellation request is submitted after the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew annually. Term plans are prepaid and non cancelable during the term. Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non renewing unless otherwise selected.

13. Taxes

Orders shipped to Florida are subject to Florida sales tax. Customers outside Florida are responsible for all applicable taxes.

14. Age Requirement

The Site is intended for users eighteen and older. GroomBox LLC may suspend access at its discretion.

15. Disputes and Arbitration

Disputes are resolved through confidential arbitration in Pensacola, Florida, under under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are not permitted. Claims must be filed within one year except for intellectual property matters.

For clarity, determinations made by payment processors, issuing banks, or card networks are procedural in nature and do not supersede, modify, or extinguish contractual obligations arising under these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

GroomBox LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in connection with the specific issue. GroomBox LLC disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GroomBox LLC is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, misuse, or damage resulting from grooming products or tools. Users must follow all manufacturer instructions and professional grooming standards.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by GroomBox LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require written permission.

18. Product Use and Shear Warranty

All grooming tools and products are used at the customer’s own risk. GroomBox LLC provides a limited one-year warranty on grooming shears covering manufacturer defects for the original purchaser only.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic variations, normal wear, drops, improper tension, blade collisions, misuse, lack of maintenance, use on dirty fur, neglect, or user-caused damage.

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact GroomBox LLC and ship the shear to GroomBox LLC or its designated sharpening or inspection partner. Warranty evaluation requires physical inspection of the shear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed. If a defect is confirmed and the shear is deemed unrepairable, GroomBox LLC may replace the shear with an item of equal or comparable value.

Shears that are not returned for inspection, or that are discarded, destroyed, or altered, are ineligible for warranty coverage. Rejected warranty claims will be held for thirty (30) days pending return shipping payment.

19. International Use

Users outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws and assume all customs related risks and fees.

20. Governing Law

21. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GroomBox LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and administrative costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any GroomBox products or services, your subscription or account activity, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

This indemnification includes, without limitation, claims arising from product use or misuse, professional grooming activities, injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, resale activities, chargebacks or payment disputes, representations made by you to third parties, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions or professional grooming standards.

You acknowledge that GroomBox products are professional tools intended for trained users, and you agree that GroomBox LLC shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, modification, or failure to follow accepted grooming practices.

GroomBox LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with such defense.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account, cancellation of any subscription, completion of any transaction, or cessation of use of the Site.

23. Survival of Payment and Collection Obligations

All payment obligations, cost recovery provisions, chargeback-related liabilities, indemnification duties, and collection authorizations survive cancellation of an account, termination of a subscription, completion of any shipment, or cessation of use of the Site.

Founder’s Circle

Master Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 12/27/2025

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the GroomBox Founder’s Circle program. By purchasing or enrolling in any Founder’s Circle tier, the member agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.


1. Program Overview

Founder’s Circle is a limited, prepaid membership program offered by GroomBox to professional grooming businesses.

Founder’s Circle includes multiple tiers that may differ in price, structure, cadence, and benefits. All tiers are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Founder’s Circle is not a consumer subscription. It is a professional access program subject to operational, supply chain, and business realities.


2. Membership Fulfillment and Term

Founder’s Circle membership entitles the member to receive sixty (60) GroomBox shipments.

The fulfillment term begins on the date of the initial shipment, not the purchase date.

Shipments are intended to occur on a monthly basis. GroomBox reserves the right to adjust shipment timing or cadence as operationally required.

Completion of sixty shipments constitutes full satisfaction of GroomBox’s core fulfillment obligation.


3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Founder’s Circle memberships are prepaid in full at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by GroomBox.

All payments are final and non refundable.

No refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be provided for:

  • Business closure
  • Staffing changes
  • Reduced grooming volume
  • Product preference
  • Shipping delays outside GroomBox’s control
  • Failure to update address or account details
  • Non use or partial use of the membership

Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership benefits without refund.


4. Non Transferability

Founder’s Circle memberships are strictly non transferable.

Membership benefits may not be sold, assigned, shared, gifted, sublicensed, or resold.

Any attempt to transfer or monetize Founder’s Circle benefits voids the membership immediately without refund.


5. Modification of Program Structure, Contents, and Counts

GroomBox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any aspect of the Founder’s Circle program at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Tier structure
  • Box composition
  • Product categories
  • Product counts
  • Brand participation
  • Packaging
  • Shipment cadence
  • Ancillary benefits

No specific product, brand, quantity, or retail value is guaranteed.

All modifications will be deemed compliant provided GroomBox continues to work toward fulfillment of sixty total shipments.


6. Product Substitutions and Availability

Products are subject to availability, supplier continuity, manufacturing conditions, regulatory changes, and quality standards.

GroomBox may substitute products with alternatives deemed professionally comparable or appropriate.

Members acknowledge that long term consistency of specific items or brands cannot be guaranteed.


7. Pricing Lock and Value Disclaimer

Pricing for Founder’s Circle is locked at the time of purchase for the duration of the membership.

This pricing lock applies only to the membership itself and does not represent:

  • A guarantee of retail value
  • A guarantee of wholesale pricing
  • A guarantee of comparative savings
  • A guarantee against future price changes outside the membership

No resale value or financial return is implied.


8. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping within GroomBox’s standard service area is included unless otherwise specified.

International shipping may incur additional fees, duties, or taxes. These are the member’s responsibility.

GroomBox is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, weather disruptions, labor actions, or similar events.


9. Business Restructuring, Acquisition, and Assignment

GroomBox may assign, transfer, novate, or restructure the Founder’s Circle program and these Terms in connection with:

  • Business restructuring
  • Formation of a new legal entity
  • Merger or acquisition
  • Sale of assets
  • Change in ownership or control

Any successor or acquiring entity may honor Founder’s Circle memberships under substantially similar terms or modify the program in accordance with Section 5.

Member consent is not required for assignment or restructuring.


10. Economic Hardship and Business Downturn Protection

In the event GroomBox experiences material financial hardship, supply chain failure, or operational disruption, GroomBox reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily pause shipments
  • Adjust shipment cadence
  • Extend fulfillment timelines
  • Modify box composition or counts
  • Consolidate shipments

Such actions do not constitute breach provided GroomBox continues reasonable efforts toward fulfilling sixty total shipments.


11. Program Wind Down

If continuation of the Founder’s Circle program becomes commercially impractical or unsustainable, GroomBox may wind down the program.

In such event, GroomBox may fulfill remaining obligations through:

  • Modified shipment cadence
  • Product substitutions
  • Consolidated shipments
  • Comparable professional product credit

Early wind down does not entitle members to refunds.


12. Professional Use Disclaimer

All products provided are intended for professional grooming use.

GroomBox makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue, efficiency gains, or client satisfaction.

Members are responsible for evaluating suitability for their workflow.


13. Termination for Misuse

GroomBox may terminate a membership without refund if a member:

  • Engages in fraud or abuse
  • Misuses customer support
  • Violates these Terms
  • Attempts resale or transfer
  • Misrepresents GroomBox affiliation
  • Uses GroomBox intellectual property without authorization

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, GroomBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business related damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the membership.


15. Force Majeure

GroomBox shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply shortages, governmental actions, or labor disruptions.


16. Arbitration, Venue, and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state designated by GroomBox.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in GroomBox’s chosen venue.

Members waive the right to class action proceedings.


17. Survival

Payment obligations, non refund terms, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and misuse provisions survive termination or completion of the membership.


18. Acceptance

Enrollment in Founder’s Circle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Vetted Brands Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of Vetted Brands

A Vetted Brand is a third party seller that has been reviewed and approved by GroomBox LLC to offer products directly to groomers through the GroomBox marketplace. Vetted Brands may provide products for individual sale, wholesale or discounted offers for Verified Groomers, and may fulfill orders directly to end customers. Vetted Brands are not employees, agents, or representatives of GroomBox LLC.

2. Approval and Eligibility Requirements

All Vetted Brands must complete GroomBox LLC’s application and review process. Approval is based on an evaluation of product quality, operational reliability, customer service history, business legitimacy, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements. GroomBox LLC may also deny or revoke approval if it determines that a brand is unlikely to provide adequate support or service to customers.

Eligibility requirements include but are not limited to confirmed business credentials, adherence to product quality standards, accurate labeling and safety compliance, agreement to pricing requirements, responsible customer care practices, and alignment with GroomBox LLC’s values and expectations.

Approval as a Vetted Brand is granted at the discretion of GroomBox LLC and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Obligations of Vetted Brands

Vetted Brands are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, ingredients, safety information, usage instructions, and any legally required disclosures. Vetted Brands must ensure that all products offered through GroomBox LLC are safe, compliant with applicable regulations, and suitable for professional grooming use where applicable.

Vetted Brands are responsible for fulfilling customer orders, shipping products on time, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and promptly addressing any inquiries, returns, complaints, or issues related to their products. Vetted Brands must comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures published by GroomBox LLC, including those related to pricing, order handling, and customer experience.

4. Pricing Requirements and Discounts

Vetted Brands must offer pricing that reflects a better than market value to Verified Groomers. GroomBox LLC charges a low commission of seven percent, and this commission structure is intended to enable Vetted Brands to offer competitive pricing while maintaining margin. Vetted Brands may set minimum order amounts and minimum quantities at their discretion. All payments and payouts are processed through Stripe, and vendors are responsible for their own Stripe fees. Payouts are made on demand to the brand’s connected Stripe account.

5. Platform Tools and Access

Vetted Brands may receive access to specialized marketplace tools, including category placement, enhanced visibility, wholesale or Verified Groomer specific pricing fields, vendor analytics, promotional opportunities, subscription box inclusion options, and other marketplace features provided by GroomBox LLC. These tools may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Third Party Seller Status

GroomBox LLC operates the platform and marketplace but is not the seller of record for products offered by Vetted Brands. All transactions, warranties, guarantees, representations, and obligations related to a Vetted Brand’s products are solely between the Vetted Brand and the customer. GroomBox LLC does not manufacture, control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of products offered by Vetted Brands.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Vetted Brands assume full responsibility and liability for their products, including product safety, ingredient accuracy, performance, labeling, regulatory compliance, shipping, delivery, damage, misuse, and any claims arising from the use of their products. Vetted Brands must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GroomBox LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their products, listings, conduct, omissions, or business operations.

GroomBox LLC disclaims all liability for issues caused by Vetted Brand products, including but not limited to mislabeling, safety warnings, improper ingredient disclosures, customer injury, professional grooming incidents, product defects, or disputes related to quality or performance.

8. Compliance With Laws and Regulations

Vetted Brands are solely responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes product safety regulations, ingredient rules, labeling requirements, and any laws relating to the manufacture or distribution of grooming products or tools.

9. Removal and Suspension

GroomBox LLC reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate a Vetted Brand’s access to the marketplace at any time for any reason. Grounds for removal include violation of GroomBox LLC policies, inaccurate or misleading listings, customer complaints, inadequate service, failure to fulfill orders, poor product quality, regulatory or safety concerns, fraudulent behavior, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by GroomBox LLC at its sole discretion.

10. Customer Disputes and Support

All product related disputes, returns, refunds, or customer service matters arising from a Vetted Brand’s products are the sole responsibility of the Vetted Brand. GroomBox LLC may provide assistance to facilitate communication but is not liable for resolving disputes or providing remedies on behalf of Vetted Brands.

11. Modification of Terms

GroomBox LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions for Vetted Brands at any time. Continued participation as a Vetted Brand after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Groomer Use of the Vetted Brands Shop

1. Eligibility for Access

The Vetted Brands shop is available only to users who meet GroomBox LLC’s verification requirements. Groomers must maintain an active GroomBox account and any required subscription or verification status to continue accessing Vetted Brand pricing and offers. GroomBox LLC may revoke or suspend access at any time if a groomer no longer meets eligibility criteria or if account misuse is detected.

2. Marketplace Structure and Third Party Sellers

Products in the Vetted Brands shop are offered and sold by independent Vetted Brands. GroomBox LLC operates the platform that enables these transactions but is not the seller of record. Each Vetted Brand is responsible for its own product listings, pricing, safety compliance, shipping, fulfillment, and customer service. By purchasing from the Vetted Brands shop, groomers acknowledge that they are entering into a transaction directly with the applicable Vetted Brand.

3. Pricing and Minimum Order Requirements

Vetted Brands may offer exclusive pricing, wholesale discounts, minimum order amounts, and minimum quantity requirements to Verified Groomers. These requirements are set by each Vetted Brand and may vary between products or categories. GroomBox LLC does not guarantee availability, pricing, quantity, or fulfillment times of any products listed by Vetted Brands.

4. Product Information and Accuracy

All product descriptions, labels, instructions, safety information, ingredient disclosures, and performance claims are provided by the Vetted Brands. GroomBox LLC does not manufacture or test the products offered in the Vetted Brands shop. Groomers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchase and for using products in a safe and appropriate manner consistent with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery

All orders placed through the Vetted Brands shop are fulfilled directly by the Vetted Brand unless otherwise noted. Shipping times, packaging, carrier selection, and delivery processes are managed solely by the Vetted Brand. GroomBox LLC is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, lost shipments, or other fulfillment issues. Groomers must contact the applicable Vetted Brand for support with shipping or delivery problems.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and product related customer service inquiries are handled directly by the Vetted Brand. Each Vetted Brand may maintain its own return and refund policies, and those policies may differ from standard GroomBox policies. Groomers must review the Vetted Brand’s policies before purchasing. GroomBox LLC may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for providing refunds, replacements, or remedies on behalf of Vetted Brands.

7. Safety, Compliance, and Professional Use

Groomers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased through the Vetted Brands shop are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable laws and local regulations governing professional grooming services. GroomBox LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, adverse reactions, misuse, or professional incidents arising from products sold by Vetted Brands.

8. Limitations of Liability

GroomBox LLC provides the Vetted Brands shop as a platform and does not assume liability for product defects, safety issues, inaccurate product information, shipping delays, financial disputes, or any damages arising from interactions with Vetted Brands. All claims related to product quality, performance, labeling, or safety must be directed to the Vetted Brand. GroomBox LLC is not responsible for compensating users for losses related to third party products or services.

9. Account Integrity and Acceptable Use

Groomers agree to use the Vetted Brands shop for legitimate business purposes only. Sharing account access, attempting to bypass access controls, misusing wholesale pricing, placing fraudulent orders, or engaging in conduct that disrupts marketplace operations may result in suspension or termination of access. GroomBox LLC may take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

10. Modification of Access and Terms

GroomBox LLC may update or modify access requirements, platform features, pricing structures, eligibility standards, and terms related to the Vetted Brands shop at any time. Continued use of the Vetted Brands shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Additional Terms for Groomer Use of Vetted Brands Shop

11. Resale Restrictions

Products purchased through the Vetted Brands shop are intended for use within the groomer’s own business unless otherwise specified. Groomers may not resell products obtained through the Vetted Brands shop without the prior written approval of the applicable Vetted Brand. Permission to resell is granted solely at the discretion of the Vetted Brand and may be subject to additional requirements, restrictions, or agreements. GroomBox LLC does not grant resale rights and is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized resale activities. Groomers who engage in resale without written authorization may have their access to the Vetted Brands shop suspended or terminated.

12. Prohibition on Third Party Marketplace Sales

Groomers are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or distributing products obtained through the Vetted Brands shop on third party marketplaces. This includes but is not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Meta Marketplace, and any other resale or ecommerce platform not expressly approved by the Vetted Brand. Unauthorized marketplace activity is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the loss of Vetted Brands access, removal from the GroomBox platform, and termination of all associated groomer or vendor relationships.

13. Minimum Advertised Price Compliance

Some Vetted Brands require compliance with Minimum Advertised Price policies. When a product is subject to a MAP agreement, the groomer must adhere to the published MAP guidelines for all advertised pricing, regardless of sales channel. Violations of MAP policies may result in corrective action by the Vetted Brand and GroomBox LLC, including revocation of access to discounted pricing, removal of purchasing privileges for affected products, suspension of Vetted Brands shop access, and termination of the groomer’s relationship with GroomBox LLC and all participating brands. GroomBox LLC reserves the right to enforce MAP policies on behalf of Vetted Brands to maintain marketplace fairness and brand integrity.
